Click HERE for a detailed map from your location to where we meet at the library in Xenia. We usually gather in the first floor meeting room, just off the main lobby, but sometimes are pre-empted to our second floor meeting room, just off of the elevator. Just look for and follow the NASAC signs.

Digital Photography

A phrase that strikes dread in the heart of man (or woman). “Please email me a copy of that photograph”! Not sure how to send a photo or photos via email, or have a batch of photos you want to share, but aren’t exactly sure how to do it?

Come visit us at NASAC this Thursday for answers to all your questions and more. Dave Lundy, a longtime NASAC member, computer expert, and really, really good photographer will be joining us at the meeting. Dave plans to show us how to improve your photo with software, how to attach the photo to an email, and how to upload a set of photos to photo sites such as Flickr, Snapfish, Photobucket, and Google Picasa Web Albums.

We'll also have our usual tips and tricks for both internet and windows, some other interesting things, as well as some great door prizes. We’re meeting in the lower level room this month, off of the lobby. Just look for the NASAC sign, and you’ll find us. And remember, guests are welcome.

Novice Computer

Class

 

Gary Coy & Jim Ullom will be holding another “Novice” Computer Users Class all day long on Saturday, February 18th, at the Forest Glen Health Campus Condo Clubhouse in Springfield. We’ll be learning from 9 AM until 4 PM with a break for lunch. In addition to learning about your computer and the internet, we’ll also have some door prizes for some of our lucky attendees.

The cost will be $35.00 for the first person and $25.00 for a spouse, relative, etc.  Since we’re going to try to provide lunch, prior registration and payment is required so that we’re sure to have enough food to feed our hungry students.
